Ingredients
- 150 g integral spelt flour
- 50 g integral barley flour
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 150 ml lukewarm water
Preparation
Mix flours, salt and baking powder. Add oil and water and knead the dough. Sprinkle working surface with little flour and knead the dough on it more, but not to much that the bread at the end would not be hard. Leave to rest a little bit, or if you want to ferment well leave it overnight, but in that case add baking powder just before the baking. Put the loaf into baking dish covered with baking paper. Put in preheated oven to bake some 30 minutes on 210 degrees.
