- chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion and 1/2 red onion
- little grated cauliflower and broccoli
Chop the chicken meat into blender with onion and red onion. When get compact mixture add grated cauliflower and broccoli. Mix all, spice per your taste, pour into small mold, align and put in the oven to bake. When get nice golden color, remove from the oven, let to cool bit and cut into slices. Serve with eggplant sauce: cook eggplant you cut into dices, chop it into blender with spices.
