- 2 large mushrooms
- 80 g bacon
- few leaves of ramsons
- 3 – 4 dl water
- 3 – 5 tablespoon barley flour
Wipe mushrooms with dishcloth (don’t wash them) and cut into cubes, as well as bacon. Chop ramsons. Fry bacon and when get nice golden color add mushrooms and fry together until soften. Then add chopped ramsons. You can use prepared mixture as a spread on chrono bread or with barley porridge. Prepare porridge: put the water to boil, then add little salt, reduce temperature and gradually add barley flour constantly stirring to avoid lumps. When cooked pour porridge into bowl and put prepared mushrooms, bacon and ramsons over it.
