Boats With Greek Yogurt


  • 1 egg
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • sea salt
  • baking powder
  • 500 g integral spelt flour

For the filling:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chopped parsley


Warm up Greek yogurt with olive oil to be lukewarm, pour into bowl, add one egg, salt, baking powder and gradually add flour. The dough should be soft and that does not stick to your hands. Leave to rest for ten minutes. First make balls, then roller from each ball, and twist the ends to make the shape of the boat. Leave again to rest for 10 minutes, cut the middle with knife and stuff with prepared filling. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
