Beef Pate With Eggs


  • 300 g cooked beef
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • few capers
  • sea salt, pepper, curry
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil


Finely chop cooked beef from the soup or put in the blender. Add other ingredients and mix well. If you don’t have blender you can do this with a fork. Add spices per your taste. Stuff egg whites with prepared pate or spread over the chrono bread.
