- 150 – 200 g cooked chicken meat
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 – 2 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 teaspoon caper
- 1 – 2 tablespoons chicken broth or water
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and egg into half. Put in a blender, add other ingredients and mix until get compact mixture. Better initially add less broth (or water). Add more if you see that there are large parts remaining and not turn into a very smooth mixture. Try and add more spices as needed.
