- 3 cups flour (1,5 rye and 1,5 spelt)
- 2 cups mineral water
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- per 1 tablespoon of flax, sesame and sunflower seeds
While making the dough turn the oven to heat on 200 degrees. It’s always better to knead the dough in the evening and to add baking powder in the morning. But, you can mix all ingredients and to bake the same day. Pour the dough into mold for the bread covered with baking paper. Align with wet hands and sprinkle with seeds. Bake uncovered for the first 15 minutes, and then covered with foil for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake more 15 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it baked. Wrap in the dishcloth and leave to cool well.
