Turkey And Mushroom Stew


  • 500 g turkey drums without bones
  • 200 g oyster or porcini mushrooms
  • 200 g white mushrooms
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh tomatoes or 1 can of tomatoes
  • sea salt, pepper, dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon pork fat


Cut the onion into large cubes and fry on pork fat. When become transparent add oyster or porcini mushrooms, white mushrooms, then add green and red pepper and cook on moderate temperature. Cut the turkey meat into large cubes and fry on a grill or in a frying pan on high temperature to get nice golden color. Add meat to other ingredients. Then add chopped garlic and spices and pour tomato from the can or add chopped fresh tomato. Cook on moderate temperature for 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve.
