Spilled Pie


  • 5 eggs
  • 7 tablespoons barley flour
  • pinch or two of sea salt
  • pinch or two of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 or 2 spring onions
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)


Wash zucchini and grate it. Foamy whisk the eggs, add spices, baking powder, olive oil and gradually spoon per spoon add flour. At the end add zucchini you previously drained from excessive water. Also add chopped spring onion and sour cream and stir all. Pour the mixture on a baking paper you put in a baking tray and put in preheated oven. Bake on 210 degrees for about ten minutes, depending on the oven. It should soft and juicy.
