Pancakes With Hummus

Ingredients

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • 50 g rye flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 dl mineral water

Preparation

Whisk the egg, add flour, salt, oil and gradually add mineral water. Then add ordinary water to make batter, a little bit denser than for ordinary pancakes. Fry pancakes. Fill them with hummus, tahini, ham, roasted red peppers sauce… Wrap them in roll and enjoy.
