- 2 cups of ground flax
- 1 cup of water
For this crackers you’ll need only two ingredients. Mix ground flax and water and leave for ten minutes. Make small crackers and bake them on non-sticky frying pan on moderate temperature. During baking gently press them with spatula to make it thinner. Cover them with hummus, or sour cream and some vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, cucumber, tomato…). If you eat them cold, they will be more crispy.
