Crispy Mini Waffles

Ingredients

  • 120 g barley flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1,5 dl water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and make balls. Put them into waffle maker and bake. When finish fry them a bit on little butter to become more crispy. Cover them with tomato sauce without sugar, put some ham and some cheese on a top of each. Reduce temperature, cover with the lid and leave for a few minutes, just to melt the cheese. Remove from the heat, arrange on the plate and put per one teaspoon of hummus on each of waffle. Sprinkle with paprika and decorate with parsley.
