- 2 cups of allowed flour (buckwheat, rye, barley and oat)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- per 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, sesame, flax and caraway
- lukewarm water
Knead the dough from allowed flours, sea salt, olive oil, seeds and lukewarm water. Leave overnight. In the morning add baking powder, leave for ten minutes and using tablespoon put on baking paper thin layer in order to be crispy when baked. Fry on allowed oil tomatoes cut into rings and at the end sprinkle with basil and grated goat cheese. Coat each baked bar with hummus and put tomato with basil and cheese on a top.
