Chickpeas Balls


  • 2 cups of chickpeas (soak in water for 6 to 12 hours)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • little turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • sea salt, pepper


Chop chickpeas and the rest of ingredients in blender and mix well to get a smooth mixture (if necessary add a few teaspoons of water) and then make the balls. According to the original recipe, it should be fried in oil, although there is a possibility of baking in the oven on a baking paper.
