White Buckwheat Pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 6 – 8 tablespoons white buckwheat flour
  • 1 dl water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil


Whisk eggs in a bowl, add salt, then add little flour, little oil, little water… And so on until you get desired amount and density. Fry on a little oil in a pan for pancakes. Fill per your wish. If you’re in restriction avoid dairy products.
