- 200 g rye flour
- 200 ml lukewarm mineral water
- 2 tablespoons sour milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 handfuls chopped fresh basil
- pinch or two of sea salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix flour and water in a bowl, cover with kitchen cloth and leave to rest for few hours (or overnight). Then add other ingredients and knead well and you’ll get muddy mixture. With wet hands form buns and arrange on a baking tray covered with a baking paper. Put in preheated oven on 210 degrees and bake about 20 minutes. Wrap in a dry kitchen cloth and leave again for few hours if you can wait so much. You’ll get about five buns from this amount.
If you’re in restriction avoid to combine this buns with eggs since they contain dairy product – sour milk.
