- 4 dl sour milk (with 6% fat)
- 1 – 2 teaspoons roasted caraway
- 1/2 bunch of parsley or coriander
- 2 small or 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 tomato
- chili powder
- sea salt
Wash cucumber and cut together with the skin into small cubes. Also cut tomato. Add chopped parsley and coriander. Stir all, then add roasted caraway, salt, chili and sour milk at the end. Sprinkle with olive oil.
