- 2 cup black rye flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- about 2,5 cup warm mineral water
- 1 tablespoon psyllium
- 1 teaspoon garlic in granules
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- black caraway seeds for sprinkling
Mix in a bowl flours, psyllium, garlic in granules, oil and mineral water. Leave to rest for few hours (4 – 5 or longer). Then add baking powder. Pour mixture into silicone mold for muffins or in classic greased molds or use paper molds for baking. Sprinkle with black caraway seeds or other seeds per your taste. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes on 220 degrees.
