- 3 carrots
- 300 g ham
- 3 or more tablespoons sour cream
- 3 or more tablespoons sesame
First fry sesame on a dry frying pan just to smell and to get mild yellow color. Grate carrots and cut ham into stripes. Mix carrots, ham, sesame and sour cream. You can consume this salad with pasta or as a spread for sandwiches. Or just with chrono bread. It is also allowed in restriction phase.
