- 450 g peeled apples
- 100 g fructose
- 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 240 g hazelnuts
Grate peeled apples and put in a pot. Add fructose and heat constantly stirring until apples soften and until you get mushy mixture. Add crumbled chocolate and stir until melted. Fry hazelnuts on a dry frying pan and grind one half and chop other half. Add hazelnuts into apple and chocolate mixture. Leave mixture to cool and then with oiled hands form balls and arrange in paper baskets.
