Rolled Pies With Cheese


  • 330 g spelt flour
  • 70 g rye flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 3 tablespoons allowed oil
  • 1 baking powder
  • 220 ml water
  • 200 g crumbled cheese
  • little pork fat
  • sea salt


Mix in a bowl spelt and rye flour with ground flax, baking powder and little salt. Pour water and oil and knead the smooth dough with your hands. Wrap in transparent foil and leave to rest for ten minutes. Divide dough into seven balls and stretch each in circle and cover with cheese. Then make a roll and wrap in circle in order to get the look of the snail, a thickness of 5 mm. Repeat procedure with other six balls. Fry pies on a little pork fat until get nice golden color.
