Chicken Rolls With Dried Tomato


  • 600 g chicken chicken breasts
  • 120 g dried tomato
  • 4 teaspoons homemade mustard
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • allowed oil for frying
  • kohlrabi fries


Clean the chicken meat from the skin and bone. Cut the meat into four thin pieces and tenderize with meat mallet from both sides. Spice per your taste. Cover meat with mustard and arrange little dried tomato along one side. Fold the sides toward the middle and then roll up the meat. Put prepared rolls in heated oil with ends turned down. Fry until get nice golden color on all sides. Peel and wash baby spinach. Mix lemon juice with mashed garlic and olive oil, and salt per taste. Pour over the spinach. Serve rolls with spinach and kohlrabi fries.
