Shake With Cocoa And Berries


  • 1 cup of homemade almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 handful berries per your wish
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cocoa


How to make homemade almond milk and homemade almond flour look at Protein Shake. Chop berries into blender and pour into shaker. Add other ingredients: almond milk, almond flour and cocoa. Close the shaker and energically shake for 3 to 5 minutes.
