- 1 handful almonds
- 1 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons almonds
- 1 teaspoon cold pressed coconut oil
To make almond milk at home pour cup of cold water over one handful of raw almonds, cover and leave overnight. In the morning spill that water and pour new. Put all into blender and mix well. Strain through a strainer and put into shaker. On the other side chop 3 tablespoons of almonds without skin into blender. Put thus obtained flour and teaspoon cold pressed coconut oil into shaker well and shake energetically for a few minutes.
Shake is best consumed in the early hours when the metabolic activity is highest. After shake, you should have a regular breakfast.
