Buckwheat Triangles


  • 85 g buckwheat flour
  • 35 g sunflower seeds
  • 35 g sesame seeds
  • 45 g flax seeds
  • 40 g pepita (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 dl sour milk


Grind all seeds into blender and mix with flour. Add sour milk and baking powder, mix all and with wet hands arrange on baking dish covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees from 6 to 8 minutes. Then cut into triangles and take out when cooled.
