Ciabatta With Garlic, Olives, Rosemary And Dried Tomato

Ingredients

  • 200 g black rye flour or integral
  • 100 g spelt black soft flour
  • 100 g green olives without seeds, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 ml warm mineral water

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients and leave covered for at least 10 hours. Then add 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of baking powder and knead well. On a large baking tray put baking paper and sprinkle rye flour on it, pour mixture which is rather batter and form loaf or baguette. Sprinkle with flour and put in preheated oven on 250 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature on 220 degrees and bake for more 10 minutes.
