Morning "Caesar Salad"


  • handful lettuce salad
  • little baby spinach
  • 2 – 3 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 slices of pancetta bacon
  • sea salt and colorful pepper per taste
  • 2 – 3 thin slices of chrono bread

For dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons lukewarm water
  • little coarse sea salt


For the dressing mix all ingredients in one glass or bowl. Add lukewarm water to get nice dressing. Cook the eggs, wash baby spinach and lettuce and put in a bowl. Crush garlic and cut bread into cubes. Heat the frying pan and fry bacon you previously cut into small pieces. When bacon is fried, remove from the heat and add garlic and bread in the same fat and stir all until get nice golden color. Peel the eggs and arrange all on the plate and pour dressing over it.
