  • 1 egg
  • 10 – 12 tablespoons flour
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch or two sea salt


Use the baking tray diameter 15 cm. The amount of flour depends on the type of flour. For example if you use spelt flour then you’ll need 11 tablespoons, but if you use rye flour which absorbs a lot of fluids then put 10 tablespoons. First whisk the egg foamy, add five tablespoons of flour, salt, baking powder and water and then the rest of the flour. Grease baking tray with pork fat and sprinkle with flour inside. Pour mixture in it and put in preheated oven. Bake on 220 degrees for some 15 minutes. Use toothpick to check is it baked.
