- 1/3 leek
- 2 – 4 handfuls spinach
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 eggs
- sea salt, colorful pepper, pinch of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon butter and little olive oil
Cut the leek into circles and fry on butter and oil on moderate temperature occasionally adding water. Wash spinach and chop it. When leek is softened add spinach and stir until “wilted”. Add spices, remove from the heat and add sour cream, and stir. Serve with soft boiled eggs and crispy chrono bread.
If you’re in restriction it’s not allowed to mix eggs and dairy products, then you can skip eggs and enjoy in spinach.
