Delicious Burger Buns


  • 1,5 cups flour (rye, buckwheat and barley)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1,5 tablespoon psyllium flakes
  • 4 – 5 tablespoon dried onion
  • 3 – 4 tablespoon caraway
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon mix of spices (curry, marjoram, dill, thyme, rosemary)
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1,5 cup warm mineral water


Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and mineral water. Knead the dough and leave to rest for 6 hours. Preheat the oven on 250 degrees. Before baking add a baking powder and knead the dough again to be dense. Form the balls with wet hands and arrange on baking paper. Make an X on each bun with a knife and put little butter on each, and put in the oven. Bake on 220 degrees about 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
