  • 1 lemon – skin and pulp without seeds and membranes
  • 1 handful basil
  • 25 g ground almond
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • sea salt per taste


This pesto is excellent as an addition to the meat prepared in any way. It can be breakfast or lunch in restriction and non-restriction period.
