- 4 dl water
- 4 – 5 tablespoons barley flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 80 g cheese
- little chive or other green suitably vegetable
Salt water and when start to boil gradually add flour constantly mixing to avoid making lumps. Then take some appropriate baking dish and grease it with butter. Pour cooked polenta in it and align. Then coat with grated cheese. If you’re in restriction use mozzarella. Put in preheated oven just for few minutes. When the cheese is melted remove from the oven, sprinkle with chive and enjoy.
