- 500 g buckwheat filo pastry
- 5 eggs
- 500 g cheese
- 100 g full-fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons roasted red pepper sauce
- pork fat and water for coating
Whisk the eggs, crumble the cheese and add as well as full-fat cream cheese and roasted red peppers sauce. Make nice mixture and fill filo pastry and switch. Melt pork fat in warm water and grease sheets of filo pastry before and after filling. When you make packages fry them in a pan on moderate temperature to be fried from the outside and from the inside.
If you’re in restriction phase don’t use full-fat cream cheese.
