Juicy Pie With Cabbage


  • 500 g buckwheat filo pastry
  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • salt and pepper per taste
  • 1 – 2 dl olive oil
  • little water


First finely grate or chop cabbage, salt it and then squeeze well with your hands. You can also fry it a bit on a little oil, but not necessary. Mix olive oil and water and grease each sheet of filo pastry with this mixture, put little filling of cabbage and roll it. Repeat the procedure with the rest of sheets and filling. Put them into greased baking dish in circle, sprinkle each with mixture of oil and water and put in preheated oven on 220 degrees. After a while, reduce the temperature and bake until pie get nice golden color.
