- 300 g cooked chickpeas
- 5 tablespoons olive oil (or 1 tablespoon pork fat)
- 2 pinches of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne mix
Mix all ingredients and rub well in cooked chickpeas. Put in preheated oven on 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Enough to make chickpeas crispy outside and soft inside.
If you’re in restriction this will be nice breakfast, but if you’re in non-restriction phase you can consume this dish for lunch.
