Ingredients

  • 3 thin slices of chrono bread
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 thick piece of avocado
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 pink radish
  • little lemon juice
  • pinch of sea or Himalayan salt

Preparation

To make a good sandwich you need a compact bread that cuts nicely. Cut the bread in thin slices and fry them a bit on a dry frying pan to be crispy. Then also fry bacon to be crispy. And finelly fry the egg. Cut the pink radish into thin circles. Put on a plate one slice of bread, then one piece of avocado on it, salt it a bit and sprinkle with lemon juice., and put few circles of radish. Then put second slice of bread, and the egg on it. Put the bacon over the egg and finish with third slice of bread. Enjoy in your club sandwich.
