- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 medium green zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- handful of fresh mint (or teaspoon of dried)
- handful of fresh dill (or teaspoon of dried)
- handful of coarsely chopped walnuts
- oil of pepper
- olive oil and sea salt
First you have to prepare oil from pepper: mix one teaspoon of smoked sweet pepper or chili pepper and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Put in a jar, shake well and leave for half an hour to be aromatic. Then wash zucchini and grate together with skin, salt it and leave for half an hour. Drain it and mix with yogurt and chopped garlic and spices. Then add little olive oil, coarsely chopped walnuts and before serving sprinkle with oil of pepper.
If you’re in restriction you can use almonds instead of walnuts.
