You need washed and dried jars. On the bottom of each jar put per one tablespoon of coconut sugar and then arrange grapes and halves of peaches and pour the water to the top and close jars. Take some larger pot, and arrange cloths or tablecloth on the bottom and on the sides, then arrange jars and wrap each in cloth and then pour the water to be two fingers underneath the lid. Put on the stove on light temperature and cook until water in the pot starts to boil, then turn off and leave to cool. Then remove jars from the pot, wipe them and store for the winter days.
