- 1 large or 2 small savoy cabbage
- 300 – 400 g chicken
- 1 onion
- celery stalks
- olive oil
- sea salt, pepper, crushed red pepper
Wash savoy cabbage, cut into pieces and put in the bowl. Pour boiling water over it. In a meantime chop the onion and fry it on a little allowed oil, then add chopped celery and fry together occasionally adding water. Then add meat cut into cubes and briefly cook together, add savoy cabbage and spices, pour little water to cover vegetables and meat, reduce temperature and let it cook. It will be quickly done, for some half an hour.
