Asparagus With Parmesan


  • 1 bunch of young asparagus
  • little butter
  • little olive oil
  • sea salt
  • garlic in powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


Wash asparagus, then drain it and if there are some hard ends, remove them. You can keep them for some soup or omelette. Heat the butter and briefly fry asparagus on it. For some ten minutes or until soften. Put asparagus on a plate, salt them and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
