- 500 g chicken meat
- 400 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can of coconut milk without sugar
- 1 red pepper
- spices: sea salt, pepper, ground ginger
Chop the onion and fry on little oil and little water and add chicken cut into cubes. When it’s half fried, add green beans, coconut milk and spices. Leave to cook on moderate temperature. Before the end of cooking add spices and red pepper cut into stripes. If you like more sauce add more coconut milk.
