- 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 70 g butter
- 100 g forest fruits (frozen)
- 15 drops of stevia
- 1/3 teaspoon colorful pepper
Leave forest fruits to defrost. Then chop it into blender. On low temperature melt chocolate with butter and add fruits and stevia in it. At the end add ground colorful pepper (black, white and red). It is important to be freshly ground to keep smell and taste. Mix all and pour into silicone molds. They are best in semi-solid state, few hours after pouring.
