Ingredients

  • 3 roasted peppers
  • spelt flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g crumbled cheese
  • allowed oil for frying

Preparation

Take roasted and peeled peppers and stuff them with cheese and switch the ends to keep filling inside. Roll in each pepper into flour, then soak in lightly beaten eggs and fry on a allowed oil from all sides until get nice golden brown color.

If you’re in restriction period, you can enjoy in this “complicated” meal once in 15 days.
