- 500 g buckwheat filo pastry
- 500 g young cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Whip the egg whites, then add crumbled cheese, seeds and 1 tablespoon of oil. Arrange per three sheets of filo, but coat each with mixture of oil and mineral water. On the last sheet put filling and roll in. Repeat the procedure until you have filo and filling. Arrange prepared rolls into baking dish covered with baking paper or greased with olive oil. Grease rolls with mixture of water and oil and bake 30 minutes on 200 degrees.
