Millet Flour Pone


  • 150 g  millet flour
  • 3 tablespoons spelt semolina
  • 2 small eggs
  • 150 g matured cheese
  • 30 g pork fat
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 baking powder


First beat the eggs into bowl, add melted pork fat, and gradually add flour, semolina, baking powder and crumbled cheese. In other bowl mix mineral water with sour cream and add to mixture. Stir all and salt per taste. Pour into baking dish covered with baking paper and bake in preheated oven on 220 degrees about 30 minutes.

In the restriction, it should be taken into account that this is a complex dish, and you should not eat it often.
