Salted Raffaello


  • 250 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 250 g young cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan
  • chrono bread


Drain the cheese from the water in which is and mix it with chopped spinach (previously blanched). Add Gorgonzola cheese cut into cubes, chopped garlic, sour cream and spices. Then approximately add crumbled bread (without crust) to get compact mixture so you can form balls. Stir all and put in the fridge for few hours or overnight. Form the balls and roll in grated Parmesan.

If you’re in restriction you can skip Gorgonzola and Parmesan.
