Duck Fat Bread


  • 4 tablespoons rye flour
  • 1 tablespoon barley flour
  • 2 tablespoons spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon duck fat
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 100 ml water


Mix all flours, salt and baking powder, then add duck fat softened with fork. Then add water and knead greasy dough. Put it on the baking paper and stretch it to the height of your finger, stab with fork and put in preheated oven. It will be baked fast, for some 15 to 20 minutes. It will be thin and crispy.
