Choco Bites


For crust:

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons Stevia
  • 3 tablespoons spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 60 g butter

For dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons Stevia
  • 1 dl water

For glaze:

  • 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g almond leaves


Beat the egg whites into foam gradually adding Stevia. then add egg yolks, one per one constantly mixing, then add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Pour mixture into baking dish covered with baking paper and bake on 180 degrees about 15 minutes. For dressing: melt 3 tablespoons of Stevia in 1 dl water. Final phase: foamy whisk butter and mix with crumbled crust. Pour prepared dressing over it and mix well. Form small cones from prepared mixture and arrange them on paper and put in the fridge to tighten. For glaze: melt chocolate and butter and pour on formed bites. Decorate with almond leaves.
