- 400 ml water
- few tablespoons of barley flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of full fat cream
- little fried bacon
Put salted water to cook. When it boils, reduce temperature and gradually add flour constantly stirring to avoid making clumps. When add all flour let it be cooked for a little while and still stirring. Pour polenta into bowl, add full fat cream and bacon chopped into cubes you previously fried.
