- 2 – 3 quinces
- 1/2 cup walnuts (ground and chopped)
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 teaspoon of honey
Scoop out the quinces (remove core) and stuff with walnuts mixed with raisins and cinnamon. On each quince put 1 teaspoon of honey and small cube of butter. Put in a baking dish, pour two fingers of water and bake about one hour on 200 degrees. When baked slowly pour with the liquid from the bottom of the dish.
